OCM Clima provides the adjustment of the air flow service. In order to guarantee the correct plant functioning so to provide the correct amount of renewed air and determine a certain temperature and humidity of the premises , it is necessary to verify ducts flow.Air flow measurements of pipelines and air speed are made with balometers and anemometers. With particular thermometers the temperature of the premises is revealed and with a hygrometer humidity is calculated. Moreover, a structural analysis of the plant is done in order to verify functioning conditions. The recollected information are compared with the data used during the plant’s design phase. Calculations are done according to the new needs.
HVAC system’s calibration, through the detection of environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, air speed, air flow, overpressure and percentage of fresh air, allows to detect if the plant is functioning or if it needs maintenance intervention.
