Aspharia is a system that represents the best technology available today.
It is designed to confine, capture, convey and treat diffuse emissions, which spread during the bituminous conglomerates production cycle and to ensure a high environmental protection, in full compliance with the provisions of the Directive 2010/75/EU and the general regulatory framework, implemented by the national laws of each member State. It is also effective on the odors generated by the production cycle, as reported by the plant managers who have already chosen it.
Therefore Aspharia permits to operate in full compliance with legal requirements and in reasonable terms, thanks to techniques that offer high energy savings and reduced general management costs; they also permit to join the Certification of environmental management UNI – EN ISO 14001.
The system allows to reduce the risks associated with the workplaces, contributing to the prevention of occupational diseases, as required by the European legislation related to safety in the workplace. It also reduces the plants noise linked to the problems of the company acoustic impact.
Aspharia is applied to old or recently installed plants which still require updating. The plants can be “tower” plants or plants working with “skip movement”.
For both applications, the Aspharia systems are available in standard versions which can be tailored to the specific needs of the operator and to the individual characteristics of the plants through targeted customizations.
The Aspharia versions are produced according to the New Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, which defines the requirements that machines must meet when they are designed, manufactured and operated, before being placed on the market.
