The capture of the dust-vapor mixture is ensured by a suction system manufactured on an exclusive OCM Clima design, made of galvanized steel sheet fans, with variable sizes, positionings and orientations. The system is able to ensure the suction of 98% of the mixture in a short time.
The conveying channels, necessary to bring the effluents to the filter, are made of galvanized steel sheet, optimized in sizes and shape to match the distances and flows; they are designed with the criterion of decreasing diameters, in order to maintain a constant air speed in the pipelines, to promote the efficiency of the plant and to reduce turbulences and noises. The pipes are manufactured and joined with air and oil tight systems.
In the standard version, the suction system that conveys and subsequently treats the mixture is made of an electric fan, whose flow rate is calculated in relation to the characteristics of the plant and to the speed of the emissions: the suction is namely simultaneous to the emissions themselves.
The electric fan is equipped with an electric motor in compliance with the IE3 efficiency class.
The flow and speed management is carried out by an inverter and programmed by the Aspharia software.
The software is managed by an electronic unit, which is part of the plant.
